The City of Children
South Gate members travel each year to help support the City of Children Orphanage in Ensenada Mexico. The orphanage houses and takes care of approximately 80 children. The mission group helps work on the facilities at the home, conducts VBS each evening, and helps support the work of various congregations in the surrounding are with the help of Baha missions.You can find out more about the city of Children by clicking here
Saratoga Springs, NY - Ben and Nancy Fronczek
We have supported Fronzek’s for over 25 years as they have served the church in Queensbury, New York, Granville New York, Vermont, Granville NY, and now in Johnstown New York. Ben helps with the preaching and outreach of the local church. You can find out more about their work here
Bela Horizonte, Brazil - Alex and Ana Girodo
We have been supporting Alex and Ana’s and their growing family since 2015. Alex preaches and works with the church in in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He fills many roles from song leader, preacher and Bible class teacher. He is also very active in working with both song leading conferences and preacher training camps in Brazil that bring together young men to train them to serve in the Lord’s Kingdom. Greece - Dino and Mata Tzanetos
South Gate has supported Dino and Matta and their work in Athens Greece for over 30 years. They help serve a very diverse congregation. Each Sunday they have two services, one in Greek and the other in English. They have members from North Africa, Turkey, Afghanistan and Asia. A School of preaching takes place in their building training preachers to continue on the good work. They have labored in a highly respected prison ministry and continue to give their lives to this good work. Find out more by clicking here
Wanganni, New Zealand - Kent and Rachel O’Donnell
We have supported the O’Donnell’s and their work in New Zealand since the late 1990s. They have worked with various congregations in New Zealand and currently serve the church in Palmerstone North on the North Island. Kent is a graduate of East TN School of Preaching and is active in leading mission campaigns, Family camps as well as personal Bible studies with those who are interested. Rachel is a constant aid to Kent and the church while raising their four children. Chloe, Ethan, Michael, and Phoebe. Find out more by clicking here
